If the Learning Delivery Monitoring code for 'Procured Adult Education Budget (AEB)' ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 357 ) is returned, then the aim must be a Funding model 35 or 10 and Learning Aim Start Date must be on or after 1st November 2017
