Where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = ACT, if returned, the 'Date applies to' ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo is known) must not be after the achievement date of the aim for apprenticeships, ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36) (error where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMDateTo > LearningDelivery.AchDate )
