Guidance	Check the learning start date recorded against the funded apprenticeship standard and record the applicable funding model.
Description	Funded apprenticeship standard programmes, that started before 1 May 2017 , must be Funding model 81

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	Funded apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25), programmes ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), that started before 1 May 2017 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < 2017-05-01), must be Funding model 81 (error where LearningDelivery.FundModel <> 81)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by non-funded apprenticeships (DD07 = Y and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99)
