Intent

This rule ensures that any apprenticeship starts which enrol after the 1st of May 2017 is recorded as funding model 36

Guidance

Check the learners start date recorded in the ILR for Apprenticeships, if this date is after the 1st of May 2017 then funding model 36 must be recorded

Funded apprenticeship programmes that started on or after 1 May 2017, must be Funding model 36

Detailed error condition
Detailed description

Funded apprenticeship (DD07 = Y), programmes ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), that started on or after 1 May 2017 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2017-05-01), must be Funding model 36

(error where LearningDelivery.FundModel <> 36)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by non-funded apprenticeships (DD07 = Y and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99)

Aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)

Aims that are LDM 353 /355 ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 353, 355)
