Description	If the learning aim has the learning delivery monitoring code of 'Apprenticeship Unit Identifier', the employment status on the start date of the learning aim must be 'In paid employment'.

Detailed description	If the learning aim has the learning delivery monitoring code of 'Apprenticeship Unit Identifier', the employment status on the start date of the learning aim must be 'In paid employment'. (error where: LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 403 and LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat <> 10 on the LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate of LearningDelivery.AimType = 4)
