Intent

To ensure that, for apprenticeships starting on or after 1 August 2014, an Employment status record is returned

Guidance

Ensure that, if the learner is a start on or after 1 August 2014, and adult skills, Skills Bootcamp or non funded provision, and they are 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, an Employment status record must be returned

Description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship, and the aim is a Programme aim, and the start date is on or after 1 August 2014, there must be an applicable Employment status record

Detailed description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship (DD07 = Y) and the aim is a Programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and the start date is on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2014-08-01), there must be an applicable Employment status record

(error where there is no Employment status record where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp < LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate )
