Intent

To ensure that learners who started an FM = 36 apprenticeship have a planned minimum duration of not less than 365 days

Guidance

Ensure that, for apprenticeships starting on or after 1 May 2017, the planned minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days

Description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship starting on or after 1 May 2017, then the planned minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days

Detailed error condition
Detailed description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship starting on or after 1 May 2017 ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2017-05-01 and DD07 = Y and LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), then the planned minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days.

(Error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnPlanEndDate < 365 days)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES) or part of an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
