Description	If the Learning actual end date is not returned, then the Completion status must be 'learner is continuing or intending to continue the learning activities leading to the learning aim'

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the Learning actual end date is not returned ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is unknown), then the Completion status must be 'learner is continuing or intending to continue the learning activities leading to the learning aim' (error where LearningDelivery.CompStatus <> 1)
