Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For programme aims ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), that are funded via trailblazer apprenticeship standards ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 81 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25) that have an outcome of achieved ( LearningDelivery.Outcome = 1), the achievement date must be returned (error where LearningDelivery.AchDate is unknown)
