Detailed description	The apprenticeship financial record date for a price record must not be after the learning actual end date of the apprenticeship framework programme ( LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate is known) (error where AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinDate > LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate )
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standards (ProgType = 25)
