This rule ensures that only ULN in the ILR file per learner and there are no duplicate records

Guidance

Check that there are no duplicate ULNs in the ILR file, if a learner has undertook a new episode of study within the same academic year, these learning aims should be added to the existing record under the original ULN and learner reference.
