This rule ensures that only one core aim is open at the same time per learner

Guidance

Check the dates on the core aim records to ensure that there is no overlap

Description

If there is more than one occurrence of a core aim they must not overlap

If there is more than one occurrence of a core aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 5) they must not overlap

(error where there are overlapping core aims based upon LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate and LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate )
