There must not be more than one Learning Delivery Funding and Monitoring (FAM) record with the same Learner FAM type and Learner FAM code

For any given learning aim there must not be more than one LearningDelivery.LearningDeliveryFAM with the same combination of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode

(error where there is more than one record for LearningDelivery.LearningDeliveryFAM with the same combination of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode )
Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by:

Learning Support Funding records (LearnDelFAMType = LSF)

Apprenticeship Contract Type records (LearnDelFAMType = ACT)

Advanced Learner Loans Bursary records (LearnDelFAMType = ALB)
