This rule ensures that if a learner is enrolled on an apprenticeship they cannot start an adult skills fund funded aim at the same time |
| Guidance |
Ensure that the no adult skills fund funded English and Maths are not started at the same time as the learner is on an apprenticeship, check the learning aims to ensure that there is no overlap, there must be at least a one day gap in-between one ending and the other starting in the ILR. |
