Ensures that the learners Planned and PEEP hours total is greater than zero

Ensure that, where 16-19 funded learners are returned, the sum of the Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours is greater than zero

Description

If returned and the learner's learning aim is 16-19 funded, the sum of the Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours must be greater than zero

Detailed description

If returned ( Learner.PlanLearnHours is known) and the learner's learning aim is 16-19 funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25), the sum of the Planned learning hours and the Planned employability, enrichment and pastoral hours must be greater than zero

(error where Learner.PlanLearnHours + Learner.PlanEEPHours = 0)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by Other 16-19 provision ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 82)
or T Level programmes ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 31)
