To ensure that, where returned, NLM22 and NLM21 are not utilised in the same learner record

Guidance

Ensure that, if FAM Type of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is recorded, the learner does not a record of FAM type EHC as well

Description

Where the Learner Funding and Monitoring type NLM 21 (Learner repeating up to one full final year of 16-19 funded provision) is returned, then NLM 22 (Learner in receipt of 16-19 tuition fund) must not be returned for the same learner

Where the Learner Funding and Monitoring type of National learner monitoring (NLM) and Learner repeating up to one full final year of 16-19 funded provision ( LearnerFAM.LearnFAMType = NLM and LearnerFAM.LearnFAMCode = 22) then Learner in receipt of 16-19 tuition fund ( LearnerFAM.LearnFAMType = NLM and LearnerFAM.LearnFAMCode = 21) must not be returned for the same learner
