Detailed description	If 'Entitlement to 16-18 apprenticeship funding' is returned ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = EEF and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 2) then the learning aim must be fully funded (error where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = FFI and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 2)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship standards ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25) or ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36)
