Detailed description	If the learning aim is part of an apprenticeship programme ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and DD07 = Y), then the Advanced Learner Loans indicator must not be returned (error where LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = ADL)
