(error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2024-08-01 and there is a record of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 378 and there is no record of LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 391 on the same learning aim)
