The LLDD and Health Problem record has not been returned and the learner does consider himself or herself to have a learning difficulty and/or disability or health problem

Intent

This rule ensures that the LLDD health problem is recorded for community learning funded learners who's planned learner hours are greater than 10.

Guidance

If this rule is triggered and the learner is Community learning funded then the LLDD health problem category is required on learners records where they have disclosed that they have a disability. Check the record and update the category correctly.

Description

If the LLDD and Health problem is recorded as code 1 and the learner is Community learning funded or funding model 99 and the planned learning hours is more than 10, then the LLDD health problem category is required.

Detailed description

If the LLDD and health problem is 'Learner considers himself or herself to have a learning difficulty and/or disability or health problem' ( Learner.LLDDHealthProb = 1), and all aims are community learning funded (( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 10) or ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 108)), and the planned learner hours are greater than 10 ( Learner.PlanLearnHours > 10), then a LLDD and Health Problem record must be returned

(error where there is no record of LLDDandHealthProblem )

(This rule is not triggered by learners aged 25 or over at start ((DD06 - Learner.DateOfBirth ) >= 25 years))
