Intent	To ensure the correct LLDD health problem category code has been entered if the learner has declared they have an applicable disability
Guidance	Please record the applicable LLDD health problem category and resubmit your data, if the learner does not have a disability the LLDDhealthProb code needs to be recorded as code 2 ' Learner does not consider himself or herself to have a learning difficulty and/or disability and/or health problem.
Description	If the LLDD and health problem is recorded as code 1 'Learner considers himself or herself to have a learning difficulty and/or disability or health problem, then a LLDD and Health Problem record must be returned. Error where there is no record of LLDDandHealthProblem code in the learners ILR data.

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the LLDD and health problem is 'Learner considers himself or herself to have a learning difficulty and/or disability or health problem ( Learner.LLDDHealthProb = 1)', then a LLDD and Health Problem record must be returned (error where there is no record of LLDDandHealthProblem )
Exclusions	Community learning aims ( LearningDelivery.FundMode l = 10) None Funded provision ( LearningDelivery.FundMode l = 99) Learners aged 25 years or over at the start of learning ((DD06 - Learner.DateOfBirth) >= 25 years)
