This rule ensures that the original learning start date cannot be returned on funding model 38 if the start date is before the 1st of August 2024 |
| Guidance |
Check the date which has been returned for the original learning start date, if the date is before the 1st of August 2024 the learner must be recorded as a restart under funding model 35 if they are returning to complete a course from a break in learning. If the learner is a new enrolment on funding model 38 then the original learning start date must not be returned |
