If the learning aim has the monitoring status of 'Learners in receipt of low wages' ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 363), the employment status on the start date of the learning aim ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate ) must be 'In paid employment'
