Guidance	Ensure that, if the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship, and the start date is on or after 1 August 2014, there must be an applicable Employment status returned
Description	If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship, and the aim is a Programme aim, and the start date is on or after 1 August 2014, there must be an applicable Employment status record

Detailed error condition

Detailed description

If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship (DD07 = Y), and the aim is a Programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and the start date is on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2014-08-01), there must be an applicable Employment status record (error where there is no Employment status record where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp < LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate )
