Intent	To ensure that, for certain Funding models and start dates, where the start on or after 1 August 2014, and the learner is 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, an Employment status record is returned
Guidance	Ensure that, if the learner is a start on or after 1 August 2014, and adult skills, Skills Bootcamp or non funded provision, and they are 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, an Employment status record must be returned
Description	For starts on or after 1 August 2014, and adult skills, Skills Bootcamp or non funded provision, and the learner is 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, an Employment status record must exist

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For starts on or after 1 August 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2014-08-01), and adult skills, Skills Bootcamp or non funded provision ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35, 37, 81 or 99), and the learner is 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, an Employment status record must exist (error where there is no Employment status record where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp < LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate of the learning aim)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by apprenticeship learning aims (DD07 = Y), or Community learning aims ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 108)
