Intent	To ensure that, for certain funding models and date range, an Employment status record has been returned that applies prior to the Learning start date
Guidance	To ensure that, for adult funding models (FM = 35, 81 or 99) and aim start dates between 1 August 2012 and 31 July 2014, and the learner is over 19 at the start, an Employment status record has been returned that applies prior to the aim start date
Description	If the Learning start date is on or after 1 August 2012 and on or before 31 July 2014, and the aim is adult skills funded or non-funded (FM = 35, 81 or 99), and the learner is aged 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, there must be an employment status on or before the learning start date

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the Learning start date is on or after 1 August 2012 and on or before 31 July 2014 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2012-08-01 and =< 2014-07-31), and the aim is adult skills funded or non-funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35, 81 or 99), and the learner is aged 19 or over on 31 August of the teaching year in which the learning started, there must be an employment status on or before the learning start date (error where there is no Employment status record where LearnerEmploymentStatus.DateEmpStatApp <= LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate of the learning aim)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by Community learning aims ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = SOF and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 108), or for apprenticeships (DD07 = Y)
