The Delivery location postcode should be either a valid postcode on the list of complete UK postcodes table or ZZ99 9ZZ

The Delivery location postcode ( LearningDelivery.DelLocPostCode ) should be either a valid postcode on the list of complete UK postcodes table (Postcodes.PostcodeValidity) or ZZ99 9ZZ

(error where LearningDelivery.DelLocPostCode <> valid lookup on Postcodes.PostcodeValidity or <> ZZ99 9ZZ)
Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by OLASS funded aims (LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 034)
