Intent

To ensure that learners are over 19 for certain funding models

Guidance

Ensure that, all AEB, Skills Bootcamps or Adult Skills funded learners are 19 or over on 31 August of the current teaching year

Description

If the learner is AEB (FM = 35), Skills Bootcamps (FM= 37) or Adult Skills fund (FM = 38) funded, the learner must be 19 or over on 31 August of the current teaching year

Detailed description

If the learner is adult skills ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 and DD07 = N) or Skills Bootcamps funded ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 37), Adult Skills Fund ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 38) the learner must be 19 or over on 31 August of the current teaching year

(error where Learner.DateOfBirth < 19 years on 31 August of the current teaching year)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by OLASS learning aims ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 034)
