Guidance	Ensure that, where a learner is financed by an Advanced Learner Loan, the learners Date of birth must be returned
Description	If the learner is financed by an Advanced Learner Loan (FM = 99 and Learner FAM = ADL), the learners Date of birth must be returned

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the learner is financed by an Advanced Learner Loan ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = ADL), the Date of birth must be returned (error where Learner.DateOfBirth is not known)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by OLASS learning aims ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 034)
