Detailed description	If the aim is funded by 16 - 19, Adult skills, Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Fund, or Skills Bootcamp provision ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 25, 82, 35, 36, 37, 38, 81 or 70), the Date of birth must be returned (error where Learner.DateOfBirth is unknown)
Exclusions	This rule is not triggered by OLASS learning aims ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 034
