To ensure that, Preferred method of contact 1, 2 or 3 is not used together with Preferred method of contact 4, 5 or 6

Ensure that, where returned, Preferred method of contact code 1, 2 or 3 is not returned together with Preferred method of contact code 4, 5 or 6

Description

If the contact preference type is Preferred method of contact, then Contact preference codes 1, 2 or 3 cannot be used at the same time as contact preference codes 4, 5 or 6

Detailed description

If the contact preference type is Preferred method of contact ( LearnerContactPreference.ContPrefType = PMC), then Contact preference codes 1, 2 or 3 cannot be used at the same time as contact preference codes 4, 5 or 6

(error where there is a record of LearnerContactPreference.ContPrefCode = 1, 2 or 3 and there is a record LearnerContactPreference.ContPrefCode = 4, 5 or 6)
