To ensure that, an Outcome has not been returned where the Completion status is code 3 or 6, unless the aim is a Skills bootcamp programme

Guidance

Ensure that, where the Completion status is 'withdrawn' or 'break in learning', and the aim is not a Skills bootcamp programme, the Outcome is not 'Achieved' or 'Learning activities are complete but outcome is not yet known'

Description

If the Completion status is 'withdrawn' or 'break in learning', then the Outcome must not be 'Achieved' or 'Learning activities are complete but outcome is not yet known', unless the aim is a Skills bootcamp programme

If the Completion status is 'withdrawn' or 'break in learning' ( LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 3 or 6), then the Outcome must not be 'Achieved' or 'Learning activities are complete but outcome is not yet known'

(error where LearningDelivery.Outcome = 1 or 8)

Exclusions

This rule is not triggered by skills bootcamps ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 37 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 32)
