Guidance	Ensure that, A TNP 2 or 4 records are entered onto an apprenticeship standard
Description	If the programme is an apprenticeship standard, then an end point assessment price should be recorded

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If the programme is an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25 and LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), then an end point assessment price should be recorded (error where there is no record where ( AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2 or 4)
Exclusions	(This rule is not triggered by non-funded apprenticeship standards (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 99 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25)
