Guidance	Ensure that, A TNP 2 price is recorded where a TNP 2 record has been entered
Description	If an assessment payment is recorded, then there must be an assessment price record for an apprenticeship standard programme

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	If an assessment payment is recorded ( AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2) for an apprenticeship standard programme ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25 and LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), then there must be an assessment price record (error where there is no record where AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2 or 4)
