Guidance	Ensure that, if a TNP 4 record has been returned no further TNP 2 records are entered as all subsequent records for residual assessment prices must be recorded as TNP 4
Description	If a total training price has been returned for this aim, there must not be a residual training price returned on the same date, there must not be a total assessment price returned with a later date

Detailed description

If a residual assessment price has been returned for this aim ( AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 4), there must not be a total assessment price returned (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2) with a later date (error where AppFinRecord.AFinDate of (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 2) > AppFinRecord.AFinDate of (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 4))
