Description	If a residual training price has been returned for this aim, there must not be a total training price returned with a later date

Detailed description

If a residual training price has been returned for this aim ( AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 3), there must not be a total training price returned (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 1) with a later date (error where AppFinRecord.AFinDate of (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 1) > AppFinRecord.AFinDate of (AppFinRecord.AFinType = TNP and AppFinRecord.AFinCode = 3))
