Changes to ILR Technical, Guidance Documents and Requirements website

Changes are:

Visual changes have been made to the site to be in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards, the main change is the way the accordions look on the Overview page.

The search facility is now displaying text search results.

Notifications are now via email only, existing users signed up to receive text messages only who wish to continue to receive notifications will need to sign up again with an email address.
