Intent

To ensure eligible providers can only deliver 'These Apprenticeships' and the standard is active in the apprenticeship service account

Guidance

Check details in the provider's apprenticeship account that they are able to deliver Apprenticeships, check that the funding model is Apprenticeships (funding model 36) has been returned in the ILR and the standards match and are valid in the Apprenticeship Service

You will need to keep the course in your Apprenticeship Service account to continue to claim funding for any existing learners. If you have removed the course, you will need to add it back in and resubmit the ILR.

Description

If this UKPRN is in the Apprenticeship Service (AS) and the learning aim is identified as Apprenticeships (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36) then the UKPRN must be able to deliver Apprenticeships and the learning actual end date of the learning aim must not be after the effective to date of the standard in the Apprenticeship Service

If this UKPRN is in the Apprenticeship Service (AS) and the learning aim is identified as Apprenticeships (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36) then the UKPRN must be able to deliver Apprenticeships and the learning actual end date of the learning aim must not be after the effective to date for this standard in the Apprenticeship Service
