Intent	To ensure eligible providers can only deliver 'Short Courses' and the details in the ILR match the details in the Apprenticeship Service
Guidance	Check details in the provider's apprenticeship account that they are able to deliver short courses (apprenticeship units), check that the Programme type is Growth and Skills Offer Apprenticeship Units (programme type 34) has been returned in the ILR and the aims match and are valid in the Apprenticeship Service For continuing learners you will need to keep the course in your Apprenticeship Service account to continue to claim funding for any existing learners. If you have removed the course, you will need to add it back in and resubmit the ILR to clear this error.
Description	If this UKPRN is in the Apprenticeship Service (AS) and the learning aim is identified as Growth and Skills Offer Apprenticeship Units then the UKPRN must be able to deliver 'Short Course' and the learning actual end date of the learning aim must not be after the effective to date in the Apprenticeship Service

Detailed description	If this UKPRN is in the Apprenticeship Service (AS) and the learning aim is identified as Growth and Skills Offer Apprenticeship Units ( LearningDelivery.ProgType = 34) then the UKPRN must be able to deliver 'Short Course' and the learning actual end date of the learning aim must not be after the effective to date in the Apprenticeship Service error where LearningDelivery.ProgType = 34 and LearningProvider.UKPRN = AS_UKPRN and AS_CourseType = 'ShortCourse' and AS_Status = 'Active', 'ActiveButNotTakingOnApprentices' and LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate > AS_EffectiveTo where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = AS_LARSCode
