Intent

To ensure eligible providers can only deliver 'Short Courses' and the details in the ILR match the details in the Apprenticeship Service

Guidance

Check details in the provider's apprenticeship account that they are able to deliver short courses (apprenticeship units), check that the Programme type is Growth and Skills Offer Apprenticeship Units (programme type 34) has been returned in the ILR and the aims match and are valid in the Apprenticeship Service

Description

If this UKPRN is in the Apprenticeship Service (AS) and the learning aim is identified as Growth and Skills Offer Apprenticeship Units (LearningDelivery.ProgType = 34) then the UKPRN must be able to deliver 'Short Course' and the learning aim must be after the effective from or before the last date for new starts in the Apprenticeship Service

If this UKPRN is in the Apprenticeship Service (AS) and the learning aim is identified as Growth and Skills Offer Apprenticeship Units (LearningDelivery.ProgType = 34) then the UKPRN must be able to deliver 'Short Course' and the learning aim must be after the effective from or before the last date for new starts in the Apprenticeship Service
