For 16-19, Other 16-19, Growth and Skills Short Course Offer or Non Funded provision ( LearningDelivery.FundMode l = 25, 82, 39 or 99), and are not Advance Learner Loans ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType <> ADL), the Funding adjustment for prior learning must not be returned
