Guidance

Check the learners start date for the T level programme and then update the Phours field accordingly

For starts on or after 1 August 2020, programme aims (LearningDelivery.AimType = 1) (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2020-08-01), Planned hours must be returned for T Level programmes (LearningDelivery.FundModel 25 and LearningDelivery.ProgType 31)
