For starts on or after 1 August 2022, where an apprenticeship has withdrawn, the Actual Hours for Off the Job Training must be returned. (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2022-08-01 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 36 and LearningDelivery.AimType = 1 and LearningDelivery.CompStatus = 3 and LearningDelivery.OTJActHours is not returned)
