Detailed description

For starts on or after 1 August 2016 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate => 2016-08-01) and the learning aim is funded through the Adult skills funding model ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35, 81), and the learner is claiming other state benefits ( EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMType = BSI and EmploymentStatusMonitoring.ESMCode = 3) on LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate ), then they cannot be funded for License to Practise learning aims (error where (LARS_LearningDeliveryCategory.CategoryRef=20 and all child records of category 20 where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef))
