If the aim is Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) (LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef =LARS_LearnAimRef = LARS_ ParentCategoryRef =76) then the Learning Start Date, Learning Planned End Date and the Learning Actual End Date must be the same.
