| Intent |
This rule ensures that learners cannot be enrolled on funding model 35 after the 1st of August 2024 unless they are restarting an aim which they have previously started. |
| Guidance |
Check that the learner has been recorded with the correct funding model for their start date, if this learner has previously started a learning aim under funding model 35 and went on a break in learning then they can return to that aim but the restart indicator must be returned. |

If the Adult Skills Funding model has been returned, the learning start date of the aim must not be on or after 1 August 2024. |

If the Adult Skills Funding model has been returned ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35), the learning start date of the aim must not be on or after 1 August 2024. (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2024-08-01 and LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35) |
