(error where: LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMCode = 403 and LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat <> 10 on the LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate of LearningDelivery.AimType = 4)
