Intent

To ensure that learners are over 19 for certain funding models

Guidance

Ensure that, all AEB or Adult Skills funded learners are 19 or over on 31 August of the current teaching year

Description

If the learner is AEB (FM = 35) or Adult Skills fund (FM = 38) funded, they must be 19 or over on 31 August of the current teaching year

Detailed description

If the learning aim start date is on or after 1 August 2026 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate >= 2026-08-01) and the learner is adult skills ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 and DD07 = N) or Adult Skills Fund ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 38) the learner must be 19 or over on 31 August of the current teaching year

(error where Learner.DateOfBirth < 19 years on 31 August of the current teaching year)

OLASS learning aims ( LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMType = LDM and LearningDelivery.LearnDelFAMCode = 034)
