Intent	To ensure that learners who started a funding model FM = 35 or 81 apprenticeship, where the learner was over 19 at the start, have an actual programme duration of 365 days or more
Guidance	Ensure that, for learners who started a funding model FM = 35 or 81 apprenticeship on or before 31 July 2016, where the learner was over 19 at the start, the minimum actual programme duration is 365 days or more
Description	For aims starting on or before 31 July 2016, that are an apprenticeship standard (FM = 35 or 81) and a programme aim, and if the learner is 19 or over, and the outcome is achieved, then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days

Detailed error condition

Detailed description	For aims starting on or before 31 July 2016 ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate =< 2016-07-31), that are an apprenticeship standard ( LearningDelivery.FundModel = 35 or (81 and LearningDelivery.ProgType = 25), and a programme aim ( LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and if the learner is 19 or over ( LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - Learner.DateOfBirth >= 19 year), and the outcome is achieved ( LearningDelivery.Outcome = 1), then the minimum duration of the apprenticeship must not be less than 365 days (error where LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate - LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate < 365 days)
Exclusions	This rule is not not triggered by aims that are a restart ( LearningDeliveryFAM.LearnDelFAMType = RES)
