| Description |
For a Skills Bootcamps learner, if the earliest learning start date of any programme aims with the same Contract Reference Number is before 1 August 2025, an Event Indicator must not be returned. |

For a Skills Bootcamp learner, if the earliest learning start date of any programme aims with the same Contract Reference Number is on or after 1 August 2025 and the Event Indicator has been returned, (
